Our Shipping Policies
We normally ship with USPS by Priority Mail. Shipping charges depend on weight of the package, so if ice packs are needed, they add to the shipping weight. Ice packs are an additional $3.00 each. Normally only one is needed.
Shipping charges include a packing and handling charge and includes a delivery confirmation. If you would like a receipt mailed to you or included in the box, please let us know.
We do not recommend shipping chocolates during the months of May thru September and cannot guarantee that they will not melt. May thru September Express shipping is recommended with an ice pack. We do take care to pack carefully to minimize shipping trauma. If your candies are not to your satisfaction, please return and we will replace with like or equal product or issue store credit.
