Classes for learning about chocolate have been offered as a donation to charitable organizations. Included in this page are photos of the fun we have had.

Rates for the classes depend on the time and products we would be making. Basic 2+ hour class includes the history of chocolate, tasting the different semi-sweet, bittersweet, milk and white chocolates. It includes hands on making of nut clusters and dipped cookies and basic molding techniques and would be $100/person. At the end of this class people take home 1 1/2 – 2 lbs of chocolate each and have had a very entertaining evening.
